Dowlais Lloyd Street Water Crane

Looking through Lyons Great Western Engine Sheds 1947, there is a track plan of Dowlais (Central) on page 243 which shows no record of a water tower or water crane, despite their being shown on other shed plans. It seems strange that a terminus possessing an engine shed did not have such facilities. Can anyone shed any light on this? (pardon the pun).
