The September 2008 issue of Steam Days contained an article entitled “Port Talbot Railway & Docks Company, Part One – An Overview.” At the end of the article is a statement that Part Two would appear in a later edition. I have been unable to locate this follow-up article, or for that matter an online index to the magazine although I expect one exists somewhere, and I am wondering if any member can help here.
