I suppose you B&M fans alredy know this but just in case....

Powys Record Office seems to have a lot of B&M records including locations outside the boundary of Powys.

When quoting a website, if it is prefaced by http://www. website name, a link to the website is made and a click of the mouse on it gets one there without having to type the whole address. I hope this works on this forum so to test it I have shown my own website http://www.fochriwhistory.co.uk

While searching for something else, I also came across this archive.
1) It's big! there are 91 items.
2) they are listed under (wait for it - web addresses don't come much stranger!) brecon-leisurecentre.powys.gov.uk/uploads/media/P-X-!!to44-bi-02.pdf
Or/ use brecon-leisurecentre.powys.gov.uk and add "+ local history publications" You want P/X/11/1 to 91
There's a lot of interesting stuff there. I'm not sure where this archive is physically - it may be in Llandrindod or in Brecon.

I cannot trace the listing under the website quoted (even prefixing it with http://www.). Does anyone know where I should now be looking for the on-line catalogue?

I sympathise with Richard Maund. I've also found that on re-trying the address I get "...not found".
It's clumsier, but if you do a search for "brecon leisure centre + local history publications" you DO get there. It may appear that you've got to a quite irrelevant set of records, but have patience. It's a catalogue and after 3 or 4 pages you reach the B&M stuff. There's a lot of rewarding stuff there.
