Travelling Hand Cranes

I am attempting to compile a listing of all the travelling hand cranes owned by the pre-grouping Welsh companies which were passed to the GWR at the grouping. I am excluding steam travelling cranes as they have been well covered by Brownlie and Tatlow.
I am aware of the following general information regarding travelling hand cranes:
B&MR: One travelling crane and one breakdown crane listed in 1921
Barry Rly: 17 travelling cranes listed in 1921
BP&GVR: 2 “service vehicles” listed in 1920. Was either of these a hand crane?
Cambrians Rlys: 2 breakdown cranes and 12 travelling cranes listed in 1921.
Cardiff Rly: 24 special wagons listed in 1921. Were any of these hand cranes?
N&BR: One travelling crane listed in 1921.
PTR&D: ex GWR 12T hand crane, became GWR 213.
R&SBR: One 6T no. 1, condemned at grouping but used at Swindon works.
Rhymney Rly: 2 breakdown cranes listed in 1921 in addition to a steam crane.
TVR: One breakdown crane listed in 1921 in addition to a steam crane, and 12 travelling cranes.
I am seeking the cranes's original numbers, if carried, the capacity, and the GWR numbers assigned at the grouping.
Any additional information that helps fill in the gaps, or answers either of the questions, would be much appreciated.
