Many years ago Cardiff 4mm Group built Dowlais Cae Harris. It was in the now defunct Model Railway Constructor and on the exhibition circuit for some years. It suffered some damage by vandals although I believe most of it still exists but the buildings have been smashed. The group has plans to build a joint Rhymney and GWR layout but as we take around 8 years to complete a layout and currently we aren't meeting, for obvious reasons, when and if it will be built is anybody's guess.

Many thanks for the information. I believe it was the March 1985 edition of the Model Railway Constructor which contained the article. As yet, still looking for a copy.
