Attached is a picture I recently acquired.
I think it is Dyffyrn Rhondda on the R&SBR.
Can anyone confirm this? Also any idea about the date and what is the bridge in the background?

If it is Dyffryn Rhondda then this 1919 Ordnance Survey map https://www.old-maps.co.uk/#/Map/285001 ... /12/101077 shows the bridge to be carrying a tramway between the colliery on the right of the photograph to a waste tip.

May I point out that 'Dyffyrn' is actually spelt "Dyffryn".

I have an original postcard of this view, franked 1908. I am pretty certain this is the R&SBR, showing Duffryn Rhondda Sidings, later East, signal box. The engine is one of the PTR 0-6-2Ts nos. 4 or 7, sold in 1901, becoming R&SBR 23 or 24.
