For anyone researching Victorian railways www.welshnewspapers.llgc.org.uk is a goldmine. Its run by the National Library of Wales and covers a period from the early nineteenth century up to 1919. The nineteenth century papers printed verbatim reports of shareholders meetings including the directors reports and annual accounts. The correspondance gives a feel for how the railways were received (angry of Tunbridge Wells seems to have had several ancestors in West Wales in the 1850s and 60s).

Best of all, unlike the British Newspaper Archive, its free.

Cambridge University Library has started to put online its unique collection of aerial photographs covering the period 1945-2009. So far 1500 of a total of 500,000 have been uploaded (The Guardian 22 Feb 2019). Not many as yet but these do include 5 of Port Talbot docks.
