Swansea Bathurst Street

I have recently found in a 1935 GWR magazine someone who retired from Swansea (Bathurst Street). His occupation was Smith.

Does anyone have any further information on this location please?

Bathurst Street ran north and south of the present Oystermouth Road and under the LNWR line into Victoria (actually part of it still exists at the east end of the car park in front of County Hall). Behind it (eastwards) were the Swansea Harbour Trust sidings around the end of South Dock and a saw mill. The 1:2500 map of Swansea (1879, so a little earlier than the period in question) shows housing and a pub along Bathurst street, although at the south end there is a mix of buildings near the sawmill with a weighing machine marked at the entrance from the street. Could this be an entrance to the SHT sidings?
