Reverend Isaac

I have recently acquired some copies of the Railway Magazine for the years 1907 and 1908. In them are some very interesting photographs of the Taff Vale, particularly at Grangetown, which are attributed to a Reverend W.M. Isaac. The quality of the photographs in the magazine is poor which is a shame given their content. Does anybody know if the Rev. Isaac's work still exists?
