TVR Class K and L in 4 mm at last!

Post by stephebm »

I have just returned from Expo EM North and among my purchases is a London Road Models conversion kit to convert their Barton-Wright Ironclad 0-6-0 into a TVR K or L (different splashers for K & L) at £12 plus of course the Ironclad costs.

Apparently sales of the Ironclad have shut up as a result- there were none available on the day when I got there!

This has been hoped for and requested for many years! And is the reverse of the original manufacturing process.

(The WRRC are specifically mentioned in the instructions with particular thanks to Graham Tierney.

Hopefully some one will review it in the newsletter?

and again hopefully, there will be more SW material to follow if sales are encouraging.

Any thoughts on making the weather sheet?

Regards

Basil
