B&M No 44 4-4-2T

Is this anywhere close to the B&M version; I do know that No 44 performance on the B&M was rather less than a total success!

Did it loiter around the southern part of the railway?

Is this the first South Wales pre-grouping ready to run which is close to the prototype; altho' it would need a repaint at least!

Is this anywhere close to the B&M version;

I was looking forward to the introduction of the Hornby Adams Radial (and there's one from Oxford supposed to be coming out too) as a possible route to getting a B&M 44. The chimney, safety valves, tanks, valance, bunker and the part of the frames visible above the footplate will all have to be changed (along with the wheels, but as I model in S4 I take that as a given anyway). It might just be easier than starting from scratch.
