South Wales Transport Experience

My father sent me some old undated plans for a South Wales Transport Experience based in Barry. It was to include the Vale of Glamorgan Heritage Railway, the Cardiff Trolleybus Project and buses inter alia.

Does anyone know what became of this project since it clearly didn't materialise.
