I would like to receive information about John James Russell who was the Company Secretary for the BP&GVR from 1864 until his death in 1898 at he age of 66 years. It would appear that he was instrumental in rescuing and managing the railway through difficult times.

Thank you for the newspaper report on the death of John James Russell. The local heritage group here in Burry Port are always keen to have information about significant people who had an impact of the development of the town.
