Does anybody have any information about the livery, including lining, used in the early years of the Beyer 0-4-4-0 used at East Moors Iron and Steel Works, Cardiff? Also, are there any pictures which clearly show details of the cab side which clearly show an oval plate below the number 12?

I am not certain, but I think it was dark blue with red lining.
