locomotive stabling at Risca

I have received the following question, if anyone can help:

Hello, I am hoping the WRRC can assist me please.

Recently I obtained a copy of Ian Harrison's Great Western Railway Locomotive Allocations for 1921 (Wild Swan 1984), compiled from original source material, held at The Public Record Office, Kew. Included is the allocation for 850 Class 0-6-0ST No.996, as RISCA.

I have a 60+ years interest in steam locomotive sheds and stabling points, but have never before heard of any such installation, at Risca. Can the WRRC offer any information please?
