eBay has for auction an original book of plans for the Dyffryn Llynvi & Porthcawl Railway.

The cover indicates that it is from the Deed Dept.
The opening bid is £95 so above my price range.
However it looks to contain some interesting material.
Is anyone familiar with this and to its date of preparation.
Is there a copy in any reference library or archive ?
Any information would be much appreciated.
