Welsh Railways Research Circle Online Forum via Zoom

Wednesday 27th October 2021 at 19:30

The online forum, to be held on Zoom, is an opportunity for members to get together and discuss research they’re currently undertaking or thinking of undertaking. If you fit into these categories, then come along and tell us what you’re up to. We’d love to hear from you. If you’re not a researcher but simply interested in what’s going on, then you are welcome too. To help with the discussion, why not bring along an idea which has always intrigued you and you would like to see researched. There’s no obligation to take anything on but it would be interesting to know the range of subjects that members are interested in.

Already signed up to attend are Robin Simmonds, author of the two-volume Port Talbot Railway & Docks Company published in 2012, and John Bushby who has written for the Welsh Railways Archive on a regular basis based on his own original research.

The next forum is likely to be Wednesday 26th January 2022 though this has yet to be confirmed.
